ICASON550 is a glycidyl containing solid acrylic resin can be used in HAA or TGIC powder coating system to provide low gloss 5%(60°) and excellent weather-resistance.

Characteristics
ICASON550 can be mixed with various carboxyl polyester resins and exterior durable polyester powder coatings with low gloss of 5 -70%(60°).The gloss can be adjusted with different amount of TGIC or HAA or ICASON550.
Package & Storage
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags. Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in cool dry place to avoid caking. Keep package closed after using. Keep away from heat and fire.
Shelf life of this product under above conditions is at least 2 years.
Use method & levels
Mix with other materials and then extrude.
Recommend to design formula by weight parts of 70/30 [resin to SA550] for pure polyester resin with AV ca.34mg KOH/g.
Curing Condition: 200℃/15mins .
