Hammer Tone Agent ICASON605,is a kind of organic matter with low tension which can interact with aluminum powder in the melting process, making the pigments turn out convoluting movement and arrange into shallow saucer-shaped or branch-shaped Bernard spin nest, in appearance, they are various hammer textures and its storage and texture stability are better than that with dry blend .

Use method
Dosage: 0.15-0.4%. Mixed with other materials and extruded.
The effect is based on polyester resin.It is easy to bring about texture with suitable polyester resin, the effect is good and fillers can be added more.
If surface conditioning agent is added by 1% in formula, hammer texture will be much clearer and bigger. If adding a small amount of curing accelerator ICASON1064 or 2-methyl imidazole, hammer texture will be easy to shape and overcome the phenomenon that texture is not easy to come out at low temperature.
