Sand Textured Agent ICASON603 are amide modified vinylidene fluoride polymer designed for powder coatings which can produce excellent wear resistant matt powder coating. It is widely used in household appliances, IT equipments, and other industrial applications .

Use method
Dosage:0.1-0.4%. Mixed with other materials and extruded,combined with organic bentonite and accelerator (2-methylimidazole) to adjust the sand grain size and also provide low cost and better performance.
1. Providing excellent film hardness, smoothness attractive and consistent texture and anti-scratch performance when compared with other texture agent.
2. Silicon-free, re-coat performance without affection.
3. Flow modifier and Benzoin in formulation can be omitted or decreased greatly . So the cost is down probably .
4. Adding 0.2-0.8% fine talcum in textured powder can solve the issue of edge coverage for fine textured powder coatings.Adding organic bentonite, can produce coarse sand grain and very fine sand grain surface.
Package and Storage:
Packaging with PE lined Kraft paper bags, Net weight 25kg per bag.
Store in cool and dry place to avoid moisture. According to our experience, the shelf life of this product is at least 2 years when ambient temperature below 30 ℃.
